I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT DO I DO?
Don't worry! Just click the little link on the SIGN IN page that reads, "forgot your password?"; A little form will pop up. Fill it out, click the send button, and we'll send your password to your e-mail address.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD
Simply SIGN IN using your old password and click the edit my user profile link. This will take you to a page where you can change your password, among other cool things.

GUARANTEES AGAINST DEFECTS
It is our desire that all of our customers receive only the best in quality from the products we ship to them. However, occassionally, products are damaged in the shipping process. When receiving merchandise via commercial carrier, please follow these important steps:
- Inspect all shipping containers before you receive the items from the carrier.
- If you notice any damage to the boxes and packages, please note that damage on the shipping document before signing for the acceptance of the items.
- If there is a damage issue, please NOTE IT ON THE FREIGHT BILL AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
- You have the right to refuse the package if there is evidence or suspicion that the merchandise is damaged.
Please contact us immediately if you find any damaged items.
Upon notice, we will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for you to return the merchandise back to us and we will re-ship a replacement upon return of the damaged item. Please include a copy of the shipping documents that you signed with the commercial carrier and be sure you indicated the damage issue on the frieght bill. We will filel a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of the damaged goods.
