RETURN POLICIES
Kid's Decor, Inc. is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, or if you find that it is defective or damaged, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be obtained from our customer service representatives to process the return. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. The customer is responsible for freight charges back to us. A credit to your account will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The few things you can’t send back:
- Custom order bedding, rugs, cradles or cribs, all furniture (cribs, beds, dressers, night tables, armoires) - unless they are damaged or defective
- custom order lamps, chandeliers and custom painted light fixtures
- personalized or monogrammed or engraved items
- Custom order artwork with custom frames
- seasonal items
- holiday-themed items after the holiday; beauty and hygiene products (lotions, soaps, etc.)
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item you must contact a representative to get instructions and a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. You will be responsible for getting the item back to us. Be sure to write your return authorization number on the packing slip and place this important paperwork inside the package.

Note that we will only reimburse your return shipping charges if the item is being returned as a result of our error.
We’ll send you an e-mail when we receive the package.
Note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card.
IT’S BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CREDIT ON MY CARD?
If it's been over 6 weeks and you still haven't received a credit, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM and we'll figure out what's causing the delay.
